And third, there should be a system that prefers to let compete already pre-formed groups which each other.

Excellent idea. It is very bad that some of the nerfs basically destroyed several of the hybrid builds. One of the only ways to do it now and be viable at both PVE/PVP is to have High end PVE gear and powers/feats that work good in PVP.
Every class has advantages and disadvantages. Learn the disadvantages of you class to overcome them. Learn the advantages of your class and the disadvatages of other classes to use them in pvp to win.
There is no point to whine for nerfs because you win some and loose some. Crying just makes a player look like a crier and no one, especially the devs, should take them seriously. Have a nice day!:)

There are a lot of feats that are basically a waste of points if you want to PvP, and makes doing both PvE and PvP very hard on those characters. For starters, anything that affects your threat generation.

Indeed, the scoring system is bad, because a)some classes *cough*DC*cough* score less even if they do rather well, b)and I see this all the time, people go rather for score than for victory.
The gs based matching system would have flaws (because gs and skill are too different things), better solution would be a system based on arena rank - just like you get glory now, you'd also get arena points. Certain amount of arena points could also unlock new items in the shop, and penalty for leaving match could be loss of those points.
