Improved reaction

Can anyone tell me if Improved reaction, which increases the heal amount of ferocious reaction by 10%, also increases the damage dealt to the enemy that hit you by 10%?

    I didnt test it, but according to the tooltips, it would make sense that it increases the dmg too

    It's not what it says on the tin, but Cryptic has been known to fudge up tooltips before. *coughdeflectseveritycough* I've heard there used to be a test server where you can respec for free and see if you like a different build better before committing a token on the real server..? Does this land of myth still exist?

    Heal is heal. Nothing wrote about increased damage done by this skill. So the skill work for itself and the feat work like description.
