Spellplague T2 Head drop rate seems really low compared to other instances

The drop rate for the T2 head from Spellplague Caverns seems to be much lower compared to the T2 item drop rates from FH, ToS and karrundax. It seems to be much easier getting the T2 items to drop from the FH, ToS, Karr instances than a completed Spellplague.

Aren't they all supposed to be the same drop rate at 10% ? Anyone else with similar experiences ?

They have the same drop rate, sp just takes longer than all 3 of the other ones combined. Thus fewer completed dungeons and less helms on ah.

This is easily noticable when you look at when pugs begin forming for preclears.
Karru = 20-25min before dd
Spider =15-20min before dd
Fh = 5-10 min before dd
Sp = 45-60min before dd

Yeah, they're supposed to be the same drop rates, but I've had way more completions in SP than the other instances and I've still not seen a T2 helm drop, whereas I got the other T2 set items from the other instances with far less completions.

I agree that it seems like helm has a much lower drop rate, but that is probably b/c, just like inthefade said, that it takes twice as long if not more to compete spell heh.
