DD chest lost

I was in FH today and the entire party had the chest unlocked window on our Hud prior to the final boss fight, we also had ~15 minutes left of DD. We wiped the first try when 2 of our DPS died but wasted about 10 minutes letting DC beat on him. After we all died we ressurected and went on to beat the boss. When the boss died it was maybe 3-5 minutes after DD had ended, none of us logged out or zoned or anything and our entire party lost the DD chest.

Just yesterday I did a spider and when we finished it was over 20 minutes after DD had ended and we wiped twice on the boss before completing it but we all still got the chest. Anyone have any clue's on whether this is just a bug or something that was recently changed?

    I was in SP during DD. No Chest at all. Tried relogging twice. Did not work.
