Vault of Piety problem

It's happened several times now that when I attempt to buy a coffer of enchants, the Vault of Piety gives me a large party popper instead. It's not a huge setback since it only costs 1 coin, but it still sets me back by a day, and it's very annoying. This seems to happen when I attempt to buy the coffer quickly by double clicking on it instead of clicking once on the coffer, and once up on the 'buy' button to the left.

Click the > until you see the coffer of enchantments then click on the coffer and then you will see a picture of it that says redeem this item underneath it , click on the redeem thing and you will always get the item you want.

I know how to make sure I get the coffer, and most of the time I remember, but you can't tell me that double-clicking on one thing and ending up with a popper instead is intended behavior.
