Hello, I open a ticket for this, but they just directed me to the forums to the community managers, can you please help?

    The help ticket response is always to direct you to the forum. They really should remove the Help Ticket from the help menu until they can get some actual people to respond to inquiries. In any case, perhaps the CM can fix this with the utilities he has available in the forum management menu.
