Foundry Rollbacking

I don't know what is going on, but I am randomly seeing different versions of my foundry appearing all of a sudden. I recently published version .250 and .257 shortly afterward - got the message that .257 published successfully.

Then, all of a sudden, .188 shows up (the feywild patch broke it, so I made .250 to fix the teleporters shifting problems). Now its bouncing randomly between all three versions. The only way I can tell which one is which is by the version number I publish in the description...

Just... What is going on here?!

*Apparently the version you get depends on what district you are in... Just changed districts, version changed again...

**Travel to tower district, now it is version .257, the most recent one...

***Travel back to Prospecotrs, its back to Version .250

So basically, I publish .257, log on. Wait. I see .250 in the catalog. I transfer districts. Then I see .188. I then transfer districts again. I see version .250. I then travel to the TOWER district map, I now see .257... and I go back to Prospectors and I see .250 again...

Make sure that you have bugged this ingame so the devs see the issue.
