missing mail

hello I have missing mail I put a ticket in a month ago still nothing is done. I have sent some items to another one of my chars and never got it. they keep trying to close my ticket without doing anything.

    i have had the same problem, it seems as if the items are being randomly sent to others in the same guild with the tag "returned to sender" i have had mail from others and they have had mine this is a big issue i have had lots of small items go missing and some big ones cant find a fitting ticket to place
