Launcher and connection timed out.

My problem started 2 weeks ago when i started launcher up but i wasen't able to login cause login button didn't work it just like didn't exist. So i tought launcher is broken and devs will fix it but no it's been 2 weeks and nothing same thing. Then is started looking for problem on forums and somehow i was able to log in but got disconnected after 10 minutes but ofc i needed to patch neverwinter so after 1-2 hour i got it patch and then anothere problem play button didn't work but again somehow it started working and i was sooo happy but well my bad luck was still here, when it started loading character it said "conneticon timed out logging out." And im stuck whit that error. So do i need to forget this game and find something else to play or is there way to fix those error?
