TR Epic SP Party?

I recently was helping some guild members with their quests and we got to Spellplague dungeon. Now, this is normal - not epic. It was me (60 TR, familiar with SP) and then two guild members, both TR 50, one familiar with SP the other, well, this is her first character and first time in SP.

I, in no way, pretend to be or consider myself "elite". This being a normal dungeon, I felt we could do it but we might have some difficulties and to my surprise - we didn't. When we got to the boss, I was expecting a lot more of a challenge (mostly because I wasn't sure how the adds were going to be handled and thought we'd be overtaken by them) but we had no problems what-so-ever. My role in the party was to purely focus on the boss (as usual) and it went very smoothly. Now, I'm purely focusing on the boss, so the adds - no idea what the other TR's are doing to keep them under control but whatever they were doing, they did an **** good job at it. None of us died during the fight and when the edges broke, every time I ran to the center, my teammates had everything under control completely - it was like they were having a lovely tea-party with the adds, sharing stories, you know, a grand time without them being hurt.

Now, I'm more than well aware of the differences between this and doing it in epic. But after this experience it made me curious...

Anything think a TR party can do an epic SP run? Has anyone tried? o.O I think it could be done if everyone knew the dungeon, was well geared (not necessarily godly geared, but well geared) and each had slightly different roles/builds. Oh, and if everyone had plenty of potions....
