Proudfist Tribe?

I'm trying to write a backstory on my Half-Orc character and was planning on using the Proudfist Tribe as a way to connect her to characters ingame. Unfortunately there's not much information on them. I checked for Lore on my Half-Elf character but didn't come up with much there. Does anyone know from which part of Faerun the hail from, how there came to be a tribe of Half-Orcs, etc.?
