Insane rubberbanding and connection issues

Is there an official word or thread dedicated to the rubberbanding and server connection problems since newest patch? I had rubberbanding before at times in the Enclave but now I am sitting for 2 minutes or more before a zone even activates when I load into it and I can not move more than 5 steps without bouncing all over the place.

If someone has a dedicated thread for updates I can visit I would appreciate it

    Same here. At random times the rubberbanding in Enclave is savagely insane. It only happens in the Enclave.

    Very unplayable now. It's very fun when fps drop to 0 when you fighting a boss or 100000 adds swarming you or you rubberband back into the red circles for instant KO. lol
    Guess i'll just log to pray because all this aggravation and screaming at the monitor is not good for you(me).:mad:
