Graphic bug since Beta Weekend 3?

This has been a known graphic issue since roughly beta weekend 3 - other players see this (tested on multiple machines) - mezz renegade on any mount this hair goes to <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.. It still isn't fixed, it looks awful. Remind me why I forked out hundreds on this game? Because I am not a happy camper.

Another patch has come and gone and again - no fix.

PLEASE fix?
