My quest not found on live server.

Anyone know why my quest no longer can be found on the live server. It was played once but since the newest updates, can't even find it with its short code. Support refuses to help since it is customer content. They just refer me to the forums.
It may not be perfect - YET - but loving Neverwinter's Foundry just the same.
