TR rogue LF endgame focused guild

I am lvl 43 at this very moment, but leveling fast. Just wanting to get a jump on finding a nice solid small and cohesive endgame focused guild. 10+ years of MMO gameplay experience, almost always playing a rogue-type class and usually a healer alt, which I'll make one day, not worried about it right now. I'm a min-maxer and get very competitive so I'm always forum reading and finding all the new and great stuff to squeeze just a bit more dps out.
