I run a build similar to yours with a few differences.
I went Critical Power instead of reapers touch, and instead of controlled momentum went Phantasmal Destruction.
Also I find that using Ray of Enfeeblement in place of shield/repel/CoI makes for some interesting Ice Knifes.
Also for a video capture program I would suggest fraps, easy to use, not that expensive.
Nice. Thanks for the info, and I will also try Ray. How's the build working for you?
I just wish the respec would cost gold rather than AD, so people would just try different things easily.
Awesome guide man I am liking this build. What would be your opinion about possibly stacking defensive slots as lifesteal though rather than hp considering the build is very control based, and team pvp usually seems like it would provide lots of opportunity for cw to farcast/kite? My plan is to roll a mix and go with CON/INT while using grym set, then add some regen and then get a mix of lifesteal/arm pen slots. However, I have not played CW before so I'd like the opinion of someone who had first Thanks man.
EDIT: So I actually decided to go max INT then spread CHA INT (forgot about nightmare wizardry and I don't plan on using high vizier set for maxing regen.) After running calculations I'm deciding to go HP slots for the defensive slots, but I'm still going to throw in regen gear for belt/rings/neck that will hold offense slots, or I will switch over to defensive slots if I am start getting over the arm pen degrade rate, because I think at that point going for more hp would be more beneficial with the regen and survivability in general rather than stacking into crit or power. Also, I figure the grym set will already give me a good chunk of arm pen, so I'll have to see how much I end up with. If I don't hit near the cap I'll just go with all offense slots into that. How does this sound in your opinion?
I am not in favor of stacking Defense in classes that don't have easy access to defense. GF and GWF, and partially DC speccing Foresight and running specific builds of CON/DEX, can be defensive and a huge percentage of damage reduction can be achieved (i.e. 40% or more). CWs even by stacking Defense, they will reach a 20-30% maximum.
Unfortunately, every PvPer that knows what is doing will definitely stack ArmPen, and most PvE dudes will also run with 24% ArmPen, so...actually you get nothing out of it, because the current meta-game is all about reaching 24% in ArmPen...which will be your highest total even if you go out of your way to slot it in your enchants.
High HP pool is what I'd choose for survivability and if I am really desperate in the battlefield facing multiple rogues, then probably Shield. However, if you manage to time your dodges correctly and make the most out of the Oppressor spec, then you got all the 'defense' you need right there. Of course you'll die if focused and out of tricks, but the idea is never run out of tricks and manage to stay alive as much as possible while doing what you do best.
Also, keep in mind that if you are planning to only PvP (or mostly PvP), the ArmPen cap is not the same. Most GFs, GWFs and some other tanky people will have a 30-40% reduction...so going over 24% isn't bad.
As far as lifesteal goes, I was never sold if you are not spec-ed or enchanted entirely for Lifesteal (lifedrinker/bloodtheft/high hp etc). Not sure that you will get good stats if you do, but it's food for thought and I'd love to have your feedback if you try something like that.
Really nice guide, and build is fun to use.
What can you say about recovery ? Stacking it will be beneficial and result in more control=survivability ?

Nah...no money for Tenes, and since only the Greater version seems to make a huge difference, I will just keep my money for a normal Vorpal.
Yes, I am in the same guild with Leeroy.

Thanks for the comments.

Certainly so. My current setup is here:
http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?546801-Oppressor-PvE-Turning-Adds-to-Ice-Cubes-101
And I although I didn't invest in more recovery than I can get from gear, I re-assigned my attributes to max out Wisdom.
More into PvE with my CW for the moment, but I still love the build and it's quite different than anything I've seen in PvE at least.
I really liked your guide, can I add it to mmominds.com?
Thanks for the interest, but this is veeeeeery old. Most of the things have changed, so I guess you'd find better info in other PvP guides.
