Saber of the Fey?

Heya fellow TR's,

I passed by a TR and saw that two of his daggers were transmuted from a weapon called "saber of the fey". Unfortunately before I could ask him he had logged out.

I looked everywhere including the rewards information section for Sharandar. By chance anyone here knows where you can get this?

    it drops from the chest in Tower of Celadine it took me 40+ runs to get both and i got 2x famorian daggers and 1x Blink Dog :P have fun farming
