Sun-ELF racial bug 2% More AP gain .Non stackable with Sharandar Boon Elven haste

Greeting's To whom it may concern,
This is totally My first forum post so please take care of me ^^
I would like to confirm on the class forums before posting this in the Bugs section if The sun-elf racial which is '2% AP GAIN', If its meant/designed to NOT stack with the Sharandar Boon Elven Haste which also grants the same Benefit as '2% Ap Gain"

If anyone here has more light to shed on this topic with viable figures and number crunches it would be greatly appreciated : )

    what raised your concern in the first place?

    The tiefling racial trait for 5% more damage on targets below 50% health does not stack with Tempest Magic which entitles 15% more damage to targets below 35% Health. It has not been addressed since the dawn of Neverwinter and i believe it is not designed to stack going by the replies of the GM' and Devs.

    If the sun elf racial is also not designed to stack with the Shrandar Boons then I believe its easier to clear it up here rather then making a level 60 toon and having to find out the hard way.

    What makes you think it doesnt work? Have you tried it or "have you heard"?

    Stop derailing the thread. A simple forum search would show Tempest Magic not stacking with Bloodhunt has been tested numerous times by reputable CW's (specifically Tempest Magic overrides Bloodhunt).

    The OP's question is a fair one considering the state of the game plus dev's design intent for other racials. That said, I would be highly surprised if it did not stack since additive AP gain is closer to additve defense racial bonus of Human or additive crit severity racial bonus of Orc etc.

    Never said it did not work with Tieflings. What part of "stacking" do you not understand?

    If Bloodhunt stacked with Tempest Magic, it would be,

    50%-30%: Bloodhunt
    30%-0%: Bloodhunt + Tempest Magic.

    Instead, there is no stacking, i.e. Tempest Magic overrides Bloodhunt, so it is:

    50%-30%: Bloodhunt
    30%-0%: Tempest Magic.

    Get it now?
