This is my most extensive custom map so far. It combines heavy combat with a free-roam Easter egg hunt.

I'm maxed out on sound. I have approx 80 pieces of detail, 5 npcs, and 10 encounters to work with based on feedback. I plan to finish it with those last three also maxed out. I've just reached the point at which I need feedback to figure out what to do with those last pieces.

Quest blurb:

The King of the halfling Bonecrusher Clan requests help from those near and far to save his village from the army of werewolves led by the one they call BeoWolf.

~20-25 minutes
Solo up to small group depending on equipment rating.
Difficulty: Hard
Heavy on combat, story, exploring and detail.
Large number of Easter eggs, including two additional allies for the final battle.

Inspired by the epic poem 'Beowulf'.

    This was a beautifully crafted quest. I'm a big fan of free exploration, and an even bigger fan of quality writing. The final battle was great fun...it felt like the stakes were high. I saw a few minor things along the way:

    --Amylee's first dialogue: she says "...only use few remain..." I think you mean these(?) instead of use.
    --For collecting ladder resources, the interact text reads as "Press F to Some of these will work." I'd change the text to something active like "collect this wood" so it properly follows the "Press F to".
    --About the ladder...did you want it look like it was several pieces, or one smooth item? (Assuming the former, but just checking.)
    --You have an objective entitled "Find a Way to Draw the Werewolves Attention From".

    I'd appreciate a run-through of "Hive Mind". Info's in my sig. Thanks.
    The Green Zone (NW-DP66H66F6): Train at a top-secret Goblin military installation.
    Hive Mind (NW-DN9YKEVUS): Get inside a crashed alien ship to discover its purpose.

    Thank you very much for your time and feedback. I'll be getting on the first round of typo fixes on this within a day or two. I'll take a look at yours during the day tomorrow.

    PS. The ladder is supposed to look 'rough'. I couldn't find anything suitable to make it look tied together. I may look again.

    About the only thing that looked out of place was the ladder. I'd put it on the side of the tower for aesthetics if it's possible in the layout. Certainly not a big problem.

    That was pretty hard with a solo cleric. Your difficulty assesment's spot on.

    All the dialogue flowed well and the wandering mob placement was good. The story had a fair amount of dialogue but didn't run to boring lengths. Good job!

    If you could provide me with your thoughts on the foundry in my sig it'd be appreciated.

    I enjoyed your quest. The exploration was fun, and I thought you made good use of object interactions. There are a few grammatical errors that I picked out:

    In the first Rothgar dialogue change "him and his" to "he and his." In the second Rothgar dialogue "better odds then" should be "better odds than," and "there's things" should be "there are things." In the Van Kelsing dialogue "civiliazation" should be "civilization," and change "ate" to "eaten." Also, the "Press F to" that shows up within the object interaction text gets in they way of your descriptions of the lighthouse ladder, the animal tracks, and the shack that you bang on.

    I think that the broken branches that you use to build the ladder from could use some kind of graphic to go with them. Also, at the end of the quest the General Fang encounter spawned after I had gotten the Collect Reward objective. I thought the pyre at the end was a nice touch. Good work.

    Thanks a bunch. I'll get right on those typos later today, and I'm going to look at the ladder also. But I'll take a look at yours first.
    Sometimes one or more the encounters can get stuck and show up at a weird time, but that's the first time that's happened. I'll tweak the encounter locations to make sure they're close enough to the fort for the player to trigger their spawn. Their two stage arrival to the fort, if the player just stands there and waits for them to pour into the fort, is done by having some start further out, but they're all supposed to spawn at the same time.

    PS: I glanced at your quests, I'll look at both of them before the day is up if you want to take a look at another of mine. I need plays and tags for Dark Designs and you get a daily for it, but The Church of the Insane is in beta and need ideas, so I'd be happy for either.

    Had a chance to run BeoWolf today, The layout of the map, the detail, the lore and story were all very well done.

    Beowolf seems to be spawning underground since the latest patch. I've tweaked him and tested it. Seems to be better now.
