didnt recieve starter pack I paid for.

I bought a feywild starter pack last friday and still havent recieved it . I sent a ticket in to billing but now response yet. how long does it take for them to fix these issues?

    Did you check the rewards guy in PE? Cause I'm pretty sure that's where you pick it up, not in the mail like some of the others.
