I have been reading a lot of posts these days concerning the worries for the state of the game. Many of them are quite constructive and usefull. But i havent seen a single reply coming from a pw employee addressing even a few of these concerns . This for me shows lack of professionalism and disregard towards the community.

I have loved playing these game but i am starting to see myshelf logging less and less each day and losing my interest.
My overal verdict at this moment is that this was a game with great potential that were left unmet.

I would suggest to the pw employess reading that forums , and have access to developers to start addressing a few things that have been long asked by the vast majority of the forum's inhabidants. Trying to make tour life a little easier i ll try to sum up some things .

- Is the blue item drop in Malabog something that was meant to be , or we waiting for a change ? Atm u are aware that the percemntage of purple drop is app 5% . Honestly since i cant understand the reason for this , i assume that this is a matter waiting for a fix. So will we get this fix at sometime ?

- All the dragon bugs that have been out since Feywild making the end game content unbeatable or unplayable , are recognised by you ? Is the a fix in process ?

- All the economy changes with no alternatives given, leading to diminishing the content of the game, is there any thoughts on rebalancing ?

- Will ever the worst lfg tool be fixed? Is it at your plans ? Even if it is at the end of the year. Inviting ppl after quits or refilling queue at anytime should not be a hard fix .

- Will you take into consideration the active percentage of participation per class, and try to do some rebalancing (for example gwf) ?

- Will you try to fix some bugs that have been there from Beta ?

I am sure that you can distinguish from the posts that are beeing held here , which are constructive and which not. So get in there and support your community.

Its not that much the actual problems that disapoints me , but the full lack of interest , answers and feedback to the community.

Best Regards
Gerasimos

Unfortunately, these forums are run by PWE. So now. . .they really don't care. PWE has the same set of mods that run the other game forums and there are alot in the stable for them to look after. Cryptic, who actually makes the game, are the ones you want to talk to about this. Issue is that the dev's are fed information piece meal as the forum 'collectors' deem necessary.

It's just the structure of a major company like this. Forums parsing is left up to a handful of people who look for pertinent and constructive information. Mods only try to keep it pertinent and constructive which is hard with all the children running around crying quitsies and no more nerfing. So throughout, hundreds of threads per day, these men have to figure out what actuallly matters and most of the time its hidden pretty deep in the thread, they interpret and carry it forth to make a report.

This report has to got through multiple levels of red tape. Is the fix financially viable (cost vs outcome from man hours), will this fix break more code around it, will this require further recode or even a dreaded 'nerf.' Are there enough players backing this issue to even look at it. All of this has to be considered and approved by the Higher ups. Afterwards, the team has to prioritize every fix vs every project. All things in due time, as it were.

Finally once a completed list of issues is built and prioritized then it goes to the dev's to do their thing. Ok, lets fix a line of code. . .well that breaks 3 other lines of code. . . fix those, 2 lines, 8 lines, 3 lines, 1 line, a short novel later and one bug MIGHT be fixed, until they work on the next class, or feature, or introduce something else the player base was asking for.

It's a never ending maze of red tape and pain. Please understand that some bugs will always fall through the cracks, some bugs can only be touched when a dev feels he wants to put his free time toward it.

And btw, PWE, you really could stand to add a Mod or two just to keep the forums awake. Maybe even one that would play the game and talk to us like a player (i know there are some hidden one trolling). Just sayin.
