I regularly access the Gateway with my Kindle Fire (Original, not HD) on the Silk browser, not through an app. However, a few days ago the Gateway stopped working.
Problem: At Gateway login screen, I login, but am instantly redirected back to the login screen. Instantly. It changes from "
https://gateway.playneverwinter.com/" to "
http://gateway.playneverwinter.com/?account="
*removed account*"&ticket="
*removed ticket*"&browser="
*removed browser*, then back to "
https://gateway.playneverwinter.com/". This happens whenever I click the login.
I have tried:
- Using my desktop computer; No trouble on Google Chrome on my computer, thankfully.
- Powering off my Kindle; no change, same problem.
- Clearing cookies, browser history, forms, and cache; Same problem; however, while every other form on the web cleared, (Email, forums, other sites, etc.) the form on the Gateway login (Username and password) remained filled. Even if I cleared it manually it would return.
- Using my email instead of my username; Same problem, though the form changed to my email, even though I entered my username afterwards.
- Disabling Cryptic Account Guard; Same problem. Re-enabled it, same problem. I never even got to the point of being told about the account guard.
And that's about all I can do. I would love to have this bug looked at, as I access the Gateway with my Kindle very much; however, in the grand scheme of things, I suppose being unable to access the Gateway through one source is a rather small problem. I'd be fine if it didn't get fixed for a while, but I would like to know that it is a known glitch.
