Guard + Tranquil Enchantment question

I not sure if anyone has had chance to check this or not yet...

But can Tranquil Enchantment proc when your guarding against the attacks?

If so it seem a pretty ideal enchantment to pick for GF

It barely proc in any case and the internal cd is too long.
Don't waste your ADs on it for the moment.

Have no clue what is the proc rate or if there is an internal CD since everything with pw is top secret. Would love to see tests also cause from the minimal tested i;ve done i did found them to be a fair option defense slot for my GF, did proc like 2 times per minute in some encounters.

I run 3x greater Tranquil and they are ABSOLUTE TRASH! PW should be heavily thinking about fixing these worthless enchants if they want that Feybox to sell. No point at all in that box. might aswell open nightmares.
