GWF Fabled 4 Piece bug report

Hey guys, no surprise that yet again something bugs Unstoppable. I believe the determination gain from the 4 piece bonus is breaking it. When unstoppable bugs under "normal" situations, (lets face it, it has become normal)...a quick re-keybind to caps lock or vice versa would "sometimes" fix it until it bugs again. Not so with the new set, when it bugs only a relog will fix it...until you use it once and it bugs again. Really was a let down after being excited to use the 4 piece with the new T3 weapon/offhand. Back to Avatar 4 piece for a while...I have little faith that they will fix it soon.
Unstoppable was bugging so bad that the icon was glowing for use then dimming becoming unavailable then turning on again (almost flickering)...though even when it turned "on" it was bugged and could not be used.
I also couldn't verify where it indicated the 5% dmg increase. Is it an icon that appears as a buff under my portrait?
