(re)published quests do not change

I just wanted to ask if this is normal (because I did not have this problem before feywild) that when i correct foundry quest then save and publish it always publishes without the changes (remains the same :c).

I tried to change two of my foundries and it has been more than 24h (tried withdraw and republish several times) and it always shows publishing - published, but in game the changes are not made.

Maybe I missed some new feature or rule, but I would really like my quests to be in order (especially teleports).

Give it some time. It seems to take a little longer these days to catch up.

I have re-published my foundry everyday for the last 4 days. When I search for the foundry. I find the old one 4 days ago. Ask a guild mate to search and they can see the one I published yesterday. I logged in my other char and I could see the one I published today. I have had to invite ppl to a party to share the latest quest so they can play it.

this is confusing lol..

Ok I have figured this out. It seems every 10-20 mins the foundry map shuffles from old to new published and back and forth. I will withdraw the quest for now.

It is shuffling from stuff I published 4 days ago.

Hmmm so I asked some friends to check it out. They can see the "fresh" foundry, but I can still see the one I published long time ago. Guess it is kinda broken for the "publisher" account :c.
