Possible link between Unstoppable Bug and Steel Blitz?

Just wondering if there is one.

My unstoppable almost never (means it still does, but very very rarely) bugs when I don't have Steel Blitz slotted, but bugs very regularly if I do.

    nope. No link at all. This bug is already exist since beta and they too dumb to fix it. that is all

    No link at all. I swap different skills for PvE and PvP and it happens all the time.

    When I'm handling the adds for a boss fight, I generally don't have steel blitz on. But the unstoppable bug certainly still hits plenty often.
