Any new developments on this?
- Someone else confirm any other heals it works with 4/4 Fabled?
- Anyone run a combat log of it's 4/4 heal procs?
- Anyone notice any inconsistencies in its abilities
- Anyone test the ArP from this set in the preview shard?
Just need 100 more seals myself... *grind-grind-grind* MC anyone? *grind-grind-grind*

ArP will continue to be near-useless. It's simply not that important to a DC's ability to contribute to a group.
If you want ArP for soloing or for playing redundant DPS in a group, stack it on an extra augment pet so you don't have to gimp your main equipment load-out. You can easily get enough to mitigate the defense of all but epic bosses in PvE, and you can swap out your accessories for an added boost if you simply must have the maximum effectiveness.
Oh to be laissez faire enough with my cash that "an extra augment pet" wouldn't seem like hilarious excess.
For those of us who don't have the time to grind out masses of ADs and don't feel like dumping 20 quid on a second (spare!?!) floaty facegem, getting an arpen set for solo stuff isn't too bad an idea once they fix arpen so it actually works. High prophet's debuff is nice, but it does need you to hit things multiple times, so for nuking squishies (which is like...90% of sharandar) it doesn't really shine.
For healing :
GG set for its divine boost (which allow me to trade Divine Fortune for Healer Lore) and +5% healing bonus => +20% healing
For debuffing :
High Prophet set + Terrifying Insight => which i use in every situation where i dont need insane healing.
Also it help to play with smart people that will stay in circle, use their skill carefully, avoid the necessary red and use some potions at the right time....

The set procs off Healing word, sunburst, and bastion, but I forgot to test divine mode right click heal beam. It does work on yourself as does Miracle Healer (MH seems to default target yourself if you are not full HP)
The fabled bonus sounds great, but this set is actually kinda HAMSTER for DC.
There just is not enough recovery on this set. As others have mentioned, apen is a nearly useless stat.
The fabled will be the set that I solo with, but MH is still king of the hill for a dedicated healer.

Why does everyone jump immediately to real money complaints? If you don't want to spend money, convert AD. It's quite doable, especially if you're smart about playing the AH and the exchange. Leadership alone provides a big boost.
The amount of ArP you need to overcome most NPCs' damage resistance isn't that high. But yes, if you really want an ArP set, Fabled will do the trick.

Because people like easy-phree stuffz. Because cryptic runs a charity for players " who don't have enough time and are kewl as fawk"
Vorph, note I said "time to grind out the ADs" as well. It would take me far longer to get enough ADs to turn into zen than it would simply dumping 20 quid into the cash shop, but if I was gonna do that ANYWAY, the last thing I'd spend it on is a second augment pet.

mors, I did note that, but I wanted to stress that it doesn't really take that long and can be accomplished without investing an unreasonable amount of playtime. I'm sure that you understand, but I wanted to leave a note in there for the newer players who don't seem to notice that the AD exchange even exists
