Elven Tranquility/Elven Ferocity Cooldowns?

Are there any cooldowns to these abilities(boons) that we know of?

Better question: Has anyone gotten them yet?

    I have to imagine that there are folks who have unlocked them, given the exploit and such. The explanation of the abilities is a bit vague. You'd think that if there was a CD it would be mentioned in the description. Maybe a better question might be what the proc chance percentage might be?

    Noone check the sharandar feedback thread in PTS-Forum?! Elven Tranquility has a ItCD of 1min!

    Interesting. That sounds similar to 1x regular Tranquil Enchantment.

    Ouch. Same deal with Ferocity? If so, neither is hardly worth the bother. Kinda disappointing as the first two buffs are pretty useful...

    I don't test Ferocity, but i think it have the same.
    The bad is: Pre Patch(which include the big nerfs only 1 week before FoF go live) it has 30% of your defense as heal and the other has 10% of your Power as damage(okay who can achieve 4k Power as non-GF?). So this heal boon got really screwed - especially for me with more than 4k defense.
