Do same-valued Utility bonuses stack?

I had heard that same-valued Utility bonuses don't stack. Have this issue been fixed?

    Not sure about things like gold or xp gain, but Movement (ultimately the most important Utility bonus) definitely stacks in any combination...

    at some point in the last 6 weeks ro so, patch notes said that they do stack now..no idea if it really was fixed
