Please help I can't even move.

I took a rest from playing NW for like a couple of months so I had to redownload and reinstall it.
Download was OK.
Installation was OK.
Logging in fails, I had to reconnect for like a couple of times to successfully login.
The character animation at the login page takes like 5 minutes to fully load.
And when I'm successfully logged in ping is acting really weird until everything freezes disconnects.
I need help please. I can't even play.
