I'm half-half on this one as well. I could use more HP as apparently I have paper for armor - however, I shouldn't be getting hit in the first place (thinking about PvE / bosses). As for PVP... I think once I get my Skul set I'll be good on HP (and should fix 1-shotting on bosses... hopefully... well, again, I shouldn't be getting by them anyways).
As for AP... Do we really have the slowest AP gain? I only play TR and have several TRs (different races) and I actually feel my AP gain is fairly quick. While the tooltip says "Gain AP by dealing damage" it fails to mention that "performing any attack in which effects a foe will give AP". Things like, Smoke Bomb in the middle of a foes grants a nice chunk of AP. I'm not sure if it calculates in the # of foes affected (shouldn't be hard to test...), and Wicked Reminder and Dazing Strike can hit multiple enemies just the same.
So, I'm still split on what to pick... I have a bit to go before I unlock it though figured I'd have better gear by then and things might be a bit different. Plus, can always be respec'd so *shrug*

If you choose 700 HP over 2% AP gain then you should probably play a few more months until you understand how huge that AP gain is...
Edit: What's with this "we have the slowest AP gain" HAMSTER? Herpa Derpa so that would mean that you would want to improve it no? That is absolutely no reason to not try to get it as high as possible. I no understand x.x

+2% to slow is still slow. It's not like I see a lot of TR's stacking Recovery...I don't know, neither boon is great, I just don't agree that one is a clear cut winner over the other for TR's. You pointing and saying Herp Derpa didn't exactly do much to change my opinion there, Sparky.
And I'm sorry, but 2% AP gain isn't "huge" by any barometer. How much faster is your Daily filling up? 29 seconds instead of 30?

Well it's true +2% AP is nothing to get excited about, but if you start adding that to your other feats, bonuses, recovery stat. It does help.
Don't expect boons to give us spectacular bonuses. If it is anything like Star Trek Online's reputation system which this is basically based on, we will getting more boons of varying bonuses in future campaigns.

Because?
I don't really see it. Our AP generation is pretty much the slowest of all classes, and I don't see 2% making a noticeable difference.
Granted, 700 HP is nothing to get excited over, but it seems a touch more practical than a 2% increase in AP production.
2% ap = offensive
do you want more dps or defense?
Would you like:
A) 2% AP Gain
3% HP Gain
Going HP with my CW just to give me a little extra cushion against those nasty Lashing Blade's y'all have!
