Anyone else having Rubberbanding issues since last night?

I didn't want to put this in the bug or tech forums cause some people just don't go there and I'm looking for a bigger response to see if since yesterday(9/6/13) like 5 or 6 hours prior to the patch people were getting heavy rubberbanding. I noticed it happened a lot in the fen area.. it happened in town some as well but I normally don't have issues with the game. My FPS and my latency were low numbers and green and still these were occuring. So just curious if anyone else has this happening right now and hours before the patch.

    The game is running perfectly fine for me.

    Be sure to submit a bug report if it continues occurring. :)
