Guardina of Faith: This power's potency feels like a Daily at levels 4-10 and then it feels more like an Encounter disguised as Daily. At first it's like a very useful AoE burst heal but then it just becomes something you NEED to replace with Flamestrike or Hallowed Ground.
The damage and healing it provides at higher levels is certainly not scaling properly with the difficulty of the game.
You would do well to take a look at it. There's a good reason why everyone leaves it at rank 1... and we would even leave it at rank 0 if that was an option.
Soothing/Punishing light still consume too much AP for what they do. The fact is that still, after 2 buffs they keep being unused. You could leave the consumption as it is IF it chained to up to 3 targets, like a chain lightning would act!
So, if there's another friendly target withing 5 feet of the first target, Soothing light would jump to it too, but with less potency (15% less powerful maybe?). If there's another target within 5 ft of the 2nd target soothing light will jump to it too, (30% less powerful than the original soothing light). If there's another target within 5ft of the 3rd target soothing light will jump to it too, (45% less powerful than the original soothing light). Punishing light would act the same way, except that the chain would break once the 1st target is dead.
