How is dracolich still bugged?

What kind of company breaks something, claims to fix it (nothing was fixed), waits several weeks, goes into the same zone fixing multiple exploits BUT still leaves the premier fight in the game bugged?

So I just did a CN run, same as yesterday etc..., we play with a very well geared party (all 12.5k + augments, rank 8's etc..) and all are experienced in CN. So what happens, we can't stay alive...BARELY...Draco's wing and breath attack hit sometimes so hard and out of it's range that with 1 hit everyone is from 100 /75% HP to 0 HP. GF survives but not for long if we all get killed out of the blue.

Yes we dodge every attack even when we are out of range of that attack, but you also need some dodges for the adds or the hands which pop up later. Is killing Draco impossible no...but I am not wasting all my time killing this endgame boss when he is so bugged. After this day I really doubt to play any longer and save my money for a new upcomming MMO if it doesn't get to be fixed very soon. Since every patch seems to do more harm the it fixes something.

And the adds whats wrong with that? When CW"s pushing them away (yes on the high ring) they keep comming back. Maybe that was supposed to be, that the pushing of adds and get them stuck, won't make Draco so easy to kill. But ok lets assume that the adds suppose to behave like this....no problem, but it is a problem when you stand behind draco pushing the mobs and get wiped because of the breath attack hits you? I mean seriously is Draco farting lightning? Instead of breathing it out.

And yet again...I do like the game, but the bugs are really killing it for me know since I don't waste my time on those Events like Midsummer etc. Draco end loot is just a lot more AD's and for me the only dungeon worth farming.
