Game inbox still messed up since I started..

I'm not sure whats going on but I have an item in my inbox from Dec of last year. I can't open it and the notifications won't go off. I constantly have it lit up. I've tried to open the letter.. I've tried to mark it as spam it won't go away.

Can one of the devs please remove it.. and I have no idea whats in the message but it's either AD or an item from the AH lol..

I'd appreciate if someone can take care of this.. I've reported in game and I've gotten no response and the issue is still present.
