Impossible To Catch broken... big surprise

Rogue skill "Impossible to Catch" does not work properly. You can still get stunned and knocked back when it is activated, regardless if you activate it in stealth or not. Sometimes when you try to activate it, it goes on cool down but does nothing.

MAJOR rogue class bug #3. FIX IT!
