Free respec feats!

Seriously, I copied my character to preview so I used the respec feat to try out a different build and now I wanna try the build on the real servers but I don't have it any more...
I was clearly told by everybody here even on the stream a couple of weeks ago that what you do on preview server has no effect on your character on the real servers.
So why is my free respec feat now gone wtf really i want it back I ant gone pay money to get a **** option to reconfigure my build while cryptic keeps fing around with the classes.
