i can pick up either the stone of might or the fire archon,I have a lvl 60 GFW and lvl 40 CW,I'm just wondering which would be better for each and the advantage it brings over the other.
Thanks.

only the augment companions are of any value. i would suggest ioun stone of allure which is already blue and will cost less in the end then ioun of might would after upgrade. be sure NOT to upgrade ioun stone of allure to purple as it is totally worthless to upgrade

Costs to much to upgrade anything,I just have these bars sitting there doing nothing and can't see getting anymore so those 2 are the only things to really get,the stone is green and the archon is purple but they are both 1000 bars so I just need to figure out which one is the better one since I have no plans on getting more bars. Thanks

The augment companions tend to have far more utility than any other companions. Where they are often less useful is at lower levels when you might need the additional healing or extra body to distract enemies for a moment. Given a choice between the stone and fire archon, I would go with the stone as it is far more viable long term.
The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

yes if those are your two choices, stone.

another option is to sell the stone for ad, then convert to zen and buy allure.

Do you know if Might retains the +10% stats to blue upgrade aswell as the +25% to purple? For a total of +35%?

I saw a thread discussing it but as yet i've not seen anything concrete on a maxed purple Might vs maxed purple Allure.

There was a theory both would end up at +25% cumulative.

It might or might not. Now you can consider how much of upgrade that +35% from companion BASE STATS is, it doesn't affect stats given by items/runestones on companion.

i can tell you that the upgrade from blue to purple allure is less of a stat bonus than a rank 5 enchantment. hardly worth 750k, and you would notice no difference whatsoever in gameplay

Ioun Stone of Might (1,000 Bars from lockboxes or 720k diamonds in AH.) <- Not worth it if you do not already have the bars.
    Starting out stats.
    Power: 8
    Recover: 8
    Armor Pen: 8
    Deflect: 8
    Total: 32
Ring, Belt, Ring slots if upgraded to blue for 500k AD. <- I honestly think its worth it if you already have the bars because you can use the Regen rings in it that give +386 to +407 Regen each. Its what I did with my TR and I think the stone of might is more well rounded because it boosts four stats.

Ioun stone of Allure. (2,000 Zen or 800k diamonds in AH.) <-Worth it if you do not have the bars to get the other one.
    Starting out stats.
    Power: 11
    Crit: 11
    Recovery: 11
    Total: 33
    Ring, Neck, Icon slots.

Note on upgrading: In my opinion it is not worth it to upgrade the stone of might to epic because it costs 750k AD and only gives the stone a 4% rating bonus increase. I do not know how much of a bonus will result when the stone reaches level 30 to be honest. Hopefully this is helpful.
Every class has advantages and disadvantages. Learn the disadvantages of you class to overcome them. Learn the advantages of your class and the disadvatages of other classes to use them in pvp to win.

There is no point to whine for nerfs because you win some and loose some. Crying just makes a player look like a crier and no one, especially the devs, should take them seriously. Have a nice day!:)
