Problems getting on the game.

Is anyone else having a problem playing the game? I had reinstalled Neverwinter on my computer with the arc program and since then, whenever I go and run the game. It starts up and loads but goes black so I can't set it up to go into the game.

    Have you tried launching it in safe mode?
