Hi all,
after the last patch, I'm still trying to finish Karrundax epic for DD chest, but unfortunately in something like 30 runs haven't got it, due to the huge AoE damage by Karrundax. While I play as DC, the problem is always the Trickster, that never do the DPS needed to fast kill the dragon... so I'd like to know... if is it killeable with this patch or NOT?

2 Runs, 2 Dragon death. Maybe your team fail, Tr is bad or you are bad.
If your TR is not using ItC, then they need to mind the AoE attacks. If they are using ItC (which I admit I never have in Karrundax) then they may need to work on their timing.
The TR should be focused on damaging the boss and only the boss provided everyone else is killing the Adds with a focus on the Wyrmpriests. If you're not killing the wyrmpriests as quickly as possible then it is pointless. The TR should be focused on staying in Lurker's as often as possible and everyone else should make sure that the TR is able to focus solely on damage.
The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.
this is by far the easiest boss fight in t2 game. i have seen it 2 manned with tank and cleric (took a while). have 3 manned it without cleric a few times, and frequently 4 manned it. I seriously doubt it is only the trickster fault, as the dragon pose no real threat. Sounds like poorly skilled group as a whole.
the TR shouldnt need heals if he is using proper skills. Put blue circle for first half of fight out of range of dragon aoe and everyone stay there except for tr. If tr has to, he can run adds to blue circle if necessary (it shouldnt be however). 2nd half put blue circle next to dragon as there is rarely dragon aoe 2nd half of fight. Thats only one way to do it however.
Yeah, in my experience the dragon is...the least threatening part of the whole affair. Astral seal on dragon (with hitboxes/targeting in this game being what they are, this will happen whether the DC wants it to or not), TR goes to town. Reapply seal as necessary.
Everyone else deals with the actual threat, which are those horrible kobolds.

Karrundax is vastly easier than the 1st and 2nd mini bosses in the dungeon hes in.
Have no idea how you can beat either of those and fail him, unless your exploiting the other bosses.
In which case, no you don't deserve to kill a dragon tell you can learn to properly fight his minions.
Just zerg the boss, zero control on adds. Kill first wave of adds on transition phase, then zerg dragon again. She has a very low HP, so with good DPS wizard/TR she will be down very fast.
Get the GF taunt all the mobs on the other side, all of you stay near the chest and dps the boss, give healing word to gf,kill small dragons when they spawn, but not the last 2,repeat,profit

Karrundax is the easiest "boss" in the game. The sole purpose of this boss fight is to learn how to avoid the bugged AOE/invis breath of dragon fights in general since the patch (Draco, Fulmi) in a safe, carefree environment with little risk of dying.
