GWF Mighty Leap+Weapon Master's Strike Lag

Hello there, I just wanted to report a strange bug that I've been noticing as far as the Great Weapon Fighter goes. Sometimes, after using Mighty Leap, I will be clicking my click key for Weapon Master's Strike, but my character just stands there without taking any action for about five seconds, before he will start swinging again. Has anyone else experienced this, or is this working as intended?
On a side note, I have noticed that the Greenscale Trappers are able to use their net CC ability on a GWF while Unstoppable is active, and still tug them along, wasting about three seconds of Unstoppable time. Is this working as intended for that particular monster, or is it a CC that somehow is able to bypass Unstoppable with a glitch?
