Ninja Defence Nerf?

Any other class exept DC to got hit with a Defence nerf??? I've lost about 10% Dmg mitigration since the patch or last update

    I didnt notice. But then, I wouldnt notice 10%, and I dont check numbers much often.

    Well i got hit for 23k Lunging Strike (+ a couple of tene procs) today so i noticed something was out of order.
    I used have 34% Dmg mitigration, now it's down to 23%.

    Why Cryptic hates DC so much is beyond me.. Perhaps the lead dev that plays a TR got his butt handed to him on a gold platter and decided to nerf DC.
