Blurred screen after new patch

After new patch, when MSAA and Depth of Field is both enabled, my screen become blurred...

Without MSAA:IMAGE

With MSAA:IMAGE


Occurs both in DX9 and DX11 modes.

Sapphire HD 7790 1GB latest 13.8 beta driver. I didnt have this issue before the patch.
