Hello and welcome wizards. Have a question about what items should I dress up when 60.
Shadow weavers or... Two pieces of Shadow and two of Focal. Both ways Shadows czest piece must be.
In entire Shadow equipment I will have 1543 cryt(only items bonus + 2 pieces bonus)
In mixed way 1873(only items and bonusses from both two pieces parts)
OK... so take two Shadow and two Focals. But what about bonusses from four parts of Shadow weavers items?
What gonna works better, mixed way or entire Shadow weavers set with all bonusses. That is my question.

P.S

What ench? Plague fire or Vorpal:p?

Regards, Magnus The Red.

Curiously enough, the High Vizier set is considered BiS right now for CWs because of the four-set bonus. I have both HV and SW. SW is nice, but HV is much more effective with the right powers slotted. It works BiS for both PVP and PVE.

Following this what powers should I exact use for full HV? All slots for control I assume?

I've detailed some information regarding the High Vizier's set and optimal up-time rotations in the build in my sig.

    In short:
Single target maximum mitigation debuff up-time slotting:
Ray of Enfeeblement Mastery, Conduit of Ice, Repel, Chill Strike

Alternate Repel and Chill Strike to guarantee that stacks of High Vizier's remain on the target.

    And also,

    Single target?

Ray of Enfeeblement on tab for x2 stacks
CoI if you are Thaum spec for the debuff
Chill Strike because it adds 2 stacks, has a short cool down, plus it's the hardest hitting single target encounter.
Repel. Not for it's damage (which isn't bad) but for it's short cooldown. Adds one stack.

Like Kerrov said. All you need is Chill Strike and Repel to maintain stacks.

Start off with your chill strike and when there is 4 seconds left on it's CD, hit repel. When Chill Strike is up, hit it immediately. Repel should have 4 seconds left on it's CD. All you really need to do is make sure there is roughly 4 seconds left on each spell when you use the other. High Vizier stacks only last 6.

It's very simple once you get it down. Should only take you a minute or two to figure out.

There is a sticky thread in this very forum, containing links to various sources of invaluable information, which also happens to answer most of you questions.

It would be very nice, if you could read them, before asking questions, which were already answered in depth a couple of times.
