Vibrant Seedlings - What's the deal

I got the seedlings. Objective tracker keeps pointing to the chick WinterWhite. I have a helper in tasks telling me search the area. I have a journal telling me click the campaign icon at top of screen that isn't there. I have to assume when I find the right area I will have an icon to click but I can't find nuthin... what's the deal? Where the heck am I supposed to be looking? Argh!

OK nevermind I figured it out. Having a senior moment I guess.
