I've seen these five different items in the game but no information on them other than the description saying

"Infuses the holder with the knowledge required to craft extremely high quality Longswords, Holy Symbols and Orbs. Can only be found in Malabog's Dungeon.

This fragment of Malabog's Sword is used in the manufacture of the most powerful magical items."

What does this really mean? I have artificing up to level 17 and don't see any mention of using these items in my work lists up through 20.

How are they used?

Do you need one of them or all five of them to be useful?

Are they consumed upon one use or are they like a purple tool and can be used over and over?

What exactly can be made with them?

I've searched the forum here and found no real answers to these questions. Any help would be appreciated.

You need all parts to make your weapon. When you have the parts the plans will appear in your crafting at level 20.

This means you need to 1. Max Crafting at 20 and 2nd have all of the parts.

The fragments will be used once crafted and we are pretty sure it will be BoP.

It's an required ingredient for crafting T3 weapons if you have Lv. 20 in Weaponsmithing or Artificing. If it's BoP then it's totally not worth it as the monetary and effort requirement to reach Lv. 20 in weaponsmithing/artificing + mats for a small difference in terms of power increase between T2.5 and T3 weapons. They should at least make it account bound so at least your character can make the weapon for your other alts.

heh, people pay millions of AD for a few pts of damage for T2.5 weapons now, they will pay whatever it takes for T3 weapons.
even if it means opening their wallet.
there are people who literally spend $100's per week on this game, and have spent thousands so far.

if you build it, they will pay.
