Campfire in Sea Caves doesnt heal wounds

The campfire in Sea Caves doesnt heal wounds, and "The Leaky Proposition" is still not working with no ability to knock holes in the boats. Please before you press forward any further can you fix things at the start so new characters can level up properly.
