Anyone else getting a random decrease on your GWF? Sometimes I notice my attacks (at-wills and encounters) do measly damage on the same mob I was hitting just a few seconds earlier. I found myself critting a Restoring Strike for 7k but then it crit for 3k over the next Restoring Strike on the same mob with no special defensive abilities. Sometimes my IBS crits for 11k and then crits for 4.8k, my at-wills would crit 1k on one swing rotation and then crit for just 300 on the following rotation.
I seem to see this in my CW as well but it has been happening more often on my GWF (perhaps due to the swing speed). I've heard complaints from TRs about this as well ("wtf my lashing blade crit for only 5k!").
