why you don't think to be free desenchant from stalwart set of guardian fight because you change it when people have spent time and real money for enchant and buy it?

A better question would be why they didn't lower the enchantment removal price more than 10% last patch. "Lower the prices to make the game more fun", was what they said, something along those lines. the difference between 250k and 225k is nothing...

the GF population in game is so low that the dev team do not beleive in even answer any thread related to the change tothe stalwart set, that being said do not expect them to answer this. just move on i am already looking and saving to buy some rank stones and well to be able to take out my soulforged enchant out of the armor, 300k AD
Everything works out in the end . If it hasn't worked out yet, it isn't the end...

    Just to make things clear,

When you pay money in an online game, you aren't buying a product that will permanently stay as it is with the long term development of the game.

Game is subjected to alot of changes along with the ZEN products, for example, you can buy a stone for 3k zen and after 1 week the stone becomes 2400 ZEN.

Same goes for games that are P2P and turn into F2P. You weren't ripped off, it was entirely your and yours only choice to purchase ZEN in this game so you can't blame the developers.

Besides, Stalwart set is an ingame farm-able item not a cash shop item. So the fact that you have used AD/ZEN transfer to obtain that set is entirely your responsibility. The only thing cryptic was responsible of is whether the AD/ZEN transfer was completed successfully or not, what you do with your AD is non of their business.

You need to read people's posts before posting BS. His complaint was that it costs 1-2mil to remove his enchantments from the set, and when the set is nerfed to oblivion, he wants to remove them. Not getting another set, lol.

A better example would be that you buy that very same Ferrari, knowing that the the car's computer can accept over-the-air software updates. One day you startup your car, but don't like the handling because of a recent software update. You contact the dealer, and they show you a clause in the contract stating that the software is subject to change...

Well he was complaining about not being compensated for the gear's rework, as he stated that he paid real money on them and on the enchantments aswell, so i explained to him in details that it isn't cryptic business to compensate anyone for a product that is always subjected to change.

Since your are too slow, i will explain further in details:

What i tried to say is, you aren't supposed to get compensated by any mean if your gear gets reworked.

Perhaps you need to improve your reading comprehension before you make a fool out of yourself :).

Think I saw that in a movie one time, he drove the car though the window of the dealership and handed the con salesman the keys and left.:o

The subject isn't whether or not it is legal to screw over their customers but whether or not HAMSTER over your customers is the "right" thing to do. Whether people spent real money or in game money/time to get the set and enchantments is not really the issue. The issue is that this set was a mistake by cryptic/pwe and in righting that mistake (arguably this set is still broken but in a POS way) without compensating the players for money/time spent is not right. There should be compensation. Legally they don't have to but it is bad business practice not to.

How do people not understand that it being legal/illegal is not the debate at hand. Simple fact of the matter is they did not "nerf" it they "reworked" it thus changing it completely. In the end it screwed over a massive percentage of the GF population. So are they legally obligated to compensate? No. Should they based on morality and the fact that this was not a "nerf" but a "rework"? YES. One of these days its going to be your classes armor that gets smashed into oblivion and I am sure those of you saying "QQ NERFED" will change your tune.

Who gives a **** if the gears gets nerfed or reworked, if my gear gets reworked i would just find another gear instead of whining to the developers for not being compensated. It is just a bloody **** game, not a freaking life time career, you people are whining over bunch of pixles and make it sound like it is doomsday for having that specific gear changed.

Please, complain mowr about a T1 set. PLEASSSSE. Who the hell would even invest money in enchanting a T1 set??? I had a T1 PVE set and PVP, I didn't even enchant them knowing I was just wearing something to make me survive until I could get BiS T2. Again, and I have said it in every other QQ Stalwart thread These GF knew they were exploiting, so now you DEAL WITH IT.

Last time I checked equiping a 4pc set bonus is not exploiting. I am pretty sure one of the devs has a calculator and new exactly how much power this set bonus would give. Bulwark was best in slot so only an idiot wouldn't enchant their BIS gear. All the tier 2 was worse than this set and yes people invested a lot of time and money in it. Yes their should be compensation for those people. This doesn't seem to apply to you. Just because you didn't go for this set when it was BIS doesn't mean that the way this nerf was handled was the "right" thing to do. People have every right to voice their concerns this was not handled in the right way.

And (i cannot find the section anymore) PWE has stated that the game content may be changed. This is an mmo, after all. Changes happen all the time in mmos. Anyway, what i am trying to explain is, it doesn't matter if you farmed your enchantments or paid for them. Nobody is getting a refund.

    Good luck.

Oh, this is what they did since champions online.

Anyway, i just posted this because the poor guy(s), may have wrong expectations about a possible compensation. The section about content modifications would have been more apropriate but i can't seem to locate it anymore, somehow.

    Best of luck.

In the EU at least an EULA or ToS isn't worth jack sch*t if it can be shown to violate distance selling or consumer rights legislation. I wasn't personally affected by the change or the asset deleting bug, but I feel that people should at least know that a ToS or EULA is not the be all and end all arguments agreement in many parts of the world.
