Cant enter the Game. Stuck at splash screen

I currently cant enter the game. Its taking too long to by pass the splash screen. Is there a fix for this? thank you.

    Have you tried running the game through Arc? If not, do that.
    People who are experiencing issues with the launcher are advised to do so.
